Ingredients of Nagasari mungil

  1. It's 20 sdm of tp.beras.
  2. Prepare 10 sdm of tp.maizena.
  3. It's 400 ml of susu kedelai (bisa di ganti santan).
  4. Prepare 12 sdm of gula pasir.
  5. You need 2 lbr of daun pandan.
  6. It's sejumput of vanili, garam.
  7. Prepare of pasta pandan secukup'x.
  8. You need 1 buah of pisang tanduk potong tipis.

Nagasari mungil instructions

  1. Rebus susu kedelai, gula, garam, daun pandan sampai gula larut (g perlu sampe mendidih ya mom), kecilkan kompor lalu tambahkan vanili, tp beras, tp maizena lalu aduk sampe jd adonan... matikan kompor.
  2. Rebus air dlm dandang, bungkus tutup dandang dg kain.
  3. Bagi adonan menjadi 2 lalu beri slh satu adonan dg pasta pandan, sisihkan.
  4. Ambil cetakan yg sdh dilapisi minyak gr tipis lalu isi dg 1 warna adonan, pisang iris lalu tutup dg adonan lain (lakukan sampe adonan habis) lalu kukus adonan 15 mnt.
  5. Biarkan kue hangat baru keluarkan dr cetakan... NB: kalo buat'x dlm jml byk... agar kue bagian atas'x tdk kering simpan di wadah tertutup/ bks dg mika... happy cooking mom .
